To good to be true... but it is!!!

Okay, let me tell you a little bit of our mortgage history first before I tell you about our great deal...
Our mortgage loan was through Taylor,Bean and Whitaker and they were shut down by the FBI for fraud, therefore our loan was sold to a servicing company for pennies on the dollar.
In May we got a flyer from our servicing company saying that if we qualified another mortgage company would take at least 10K off our loan and pay all closing costs and expenses.  Sounded like a great deal to us because since the economy tanked so did the value of our house by 20K.  Now we are upside down in our house and can't sell.  Dang economy... anyway, we called the number on the flyer and asked a couple questions my brother had us ask to make sure they were for sure a legit company and that the offer was not too good to be true.  So, after all the questions were answered right we filled out paper work and went through the very, very long process of refinancing our home.
Now, let me tell you about the deal we got!  It's a real tithing blessing that we got this deal and I think Heavenly Father has a greater plan in store for us that needed us to be able to sell our house.
Ok here it is... After all is said and done they took 50K off the back of our loan and our interest rate is 4.5 percent!!! Ahh!  Can you believe that?  It took our payment from a huge 1,531.08 to a mear 981.03!  I think we can handle that.  Now if we have to sell our house we can make a profit and come a head instead of renting our house out like I thought we would have to.
Thank you Heavenly Father!!  Oh, and Jeromy for being such a great provider and enduring to the end with having to work two jobs just to make that kind of payment. Thank you my hunk of man!

We closed on Aug 31st and that night we had to celebrate so we broke out the sparkling apple cider and made a toast!  The toast went something like this:  To all the hard work and sacrifice we had to do to get to this point and to us!  Woo Hoo!
