In order to sell our house for more money we needed to build our basement bathroom. So build we did! And I think it turned out Incredible. Too bad we are selling our house. This will be our 3rd full bathroom in our 4 bedroom house. I haven't totalled up the cost to build this yet but I think it's around $700 or for sure less than $1000.

Jeromy did such a great job doing the bathroom and all the tile work.
I'm so glad I married a man that can do it all. He truly is a jack of all trades.
Jeromy would call himself, manual labor. I think I'll call him my awesome husband!
I did help some too. I helped pick out the tile and design everything in the bathroom.
Now our house is ready to sell. So, if you know anyone who is looking for a house... This is the one!!
