First snow of the year

I've finally caught up to this year and this month!

This year has started out great with some awesome snow for building snowmen.

It was the perfect time to build a snowman so we took advantage of the moment and day.

 Jeromy had the morning off and there was enough snow to go play in.

I got all the boys bundled, including Jeromy, and the boys went out to build the first snowman we've ever built.

Yes, you did read it right.

There's an art and a time to build the perfect snowman and the years and times past all of our snow blobs haven't turned out right or haven't even stuck together so this is truly our first snowman ever.

 

I think it turned out perfect.

And what made it even more special besides the fact that the boys all worked together and had a great time was the final touch on the snowman.

Police caution tape.

Yes, sir!  That is one classy snowman, there!!

Nothing says love like a caution tape scarf, a real carrot nose, branches for arms, rock eyes and a BIG smile.

This snowman was even taller than Jeromy was.
