What a month!

Boy!  What a month October turned out to be.
I'm still trying to recuperate from everything that went on.
Here are some highlights for the month of October...

The boys got to go on another great field trip for preschool.
They went to the Syracuse Library and the Syracuse Fire Dept.
I took pictures of the boys at the library and left my purse in the excursion when we went to the fire dept.  I was so mad at myself for doing that... Dang it!!!  Boys and fire trucks just go well together.
They at least got these cute fireman hats...

Clayton and Kourtney were married October 5th, 2011.
Right before the wedding those that could go were invited to a session at the bountiful temple before the wedding ceremony to symbolize their eternal marriage next year when she can finalize her temple divorce from her ex husband.  They were both so upset that it will take till January for it to happen.
There are so many temple divorces going on it's taking almost forever for the church to go over them and agree to it. Ugh!
What a cute couple they are though and she fits in the family oh so well.

Last minutes of being single.
Isn't he so handsome?

Justin and Kourtney's little sister

The happy couple and their daughter dog Si Si.

The boys were so excited to see them cut the cake and feed (shove) each other cake.
What a pretty cake huh

We are so excited to have Kourtney in our family and the best part of all is she is perfect for Clayton.

I thought this was such an adorable picture of Bailey and Brekyn.
She just loves her boys.

Gingers ward is so awesome, they had a ward Halloween party and did a trunk-or-treat for the kids after the ward dinner.  They had a Chili cook off and then a costume contest for the kids and adults and then the big event... Trunk or treat!!
The boys got a ton of candy.
Mommy got to eat some too, yummy!
This year sense we moved a week before Halloween I wasn't thinking about how cool their costumes were going to be.  In fact I all about forgot about that important day.  So, having little to no money left after the move I got my craft on and came up with the Superman shirt costume idea.
Jaden and Brekyn had jammie tops that were already Superman so I went to walmart and got Justin and Koda a superman T-shirt and had them wear that to match.  Justin hated his costume this year but after reminding him what was more important... candy, he came around.
I love it when all my boys can match.

Every year we carve pumpkins and we usually do it at Jeromy's parents or with my mom.
Well, since we now live with my mom we thought we would stay home and carve our pumpkins.
We always have a great time.

Brekyn this year was able to get in on the action more and tell me what shapes for the eyes, nose, and mouth he wanted.  He talks so well now.

This is a rare sight.  Justin hates getting pumpkin guts on his hands and even hates the smell.
He did really good this year for carving his pumpkin.

Jaden on the other hand LOVES getting pumpkin guts on his hands.
He loved scooping out the seeds and making his pumpkin do funny sounds when he would put the guts in a bowl.

Koda just loves spending time with family doing fun things.
They all couldn't wait till Halloween day.

Happy Halloween!

From our family to yours!

Halloween day was very fun.  Koda and Jaden had a preschool Halloween party and got lots of goodies and Justin got to hand out candy to the kindergartners that did the costume parade at his school.
After eating dinner we headed out to get our loot of goodies and treats.
I think we hit the jack pot this year.  With all 4 boys trick or treating we had the bottom of our stroller over flowing and a walmart bag full of candy.  I would say we hit Justin's goal of getting a lot of candy this year.
This day is one of the many reasons I had kids.  No really I didn't but that day instead of getting paid in cash I got paid in chocolate candy bars that Justin couldn't eat.  Yumm!!!!!
