Our newest addition to our family is a White West Highland Terrier. She is 10 weeks old right now. She is so mellow and sweet and loves to follow Turo around and get between his feet. She is excellent with the boys so far and doesn't mind if they carry her around or smother her with hugs and kisses. She should only get up to 15lbs and shouldn't shed.
Bless Jeromy's heart for trying to keep her a surprise for the past 2 months and getting everything ready for me including 2 kennels and puppy pads and food, but when he kept looking at Westies he got me wondering. I looked up Westies on KSL.com for westies just to show the boys what we could get when we move and found one for $200. I called Jeromy and told him and that's when I got suspicious. So, after asking questions about why he didn't want a westie after he'd been looking them up for months I asked more detailed questions. Then that's when it happened, he broke! I was getting a Westie for Christmas and it was killing him to have her paid off and not being able to bring her home. It was only 5 days till Christmas and I had found out my big present. He was so upset that he'd tried so hard to keep it a secret and I found out. I felt so bad. I always guess my presents and this year he had tried so hard for me to not find out. Sorry honey, maybe next year.
I love how Jeromy goes above and beyond of what I'm really asking for, for Christmas. I NEVER expected a puppy for Christmas in my wildest dreams.
I'm still in shock that he kept it from me for that long.

sorry i posted and wondered boy or girl than i reread and caught that its a girl. That is seriously the cutest puppy ever! what's her name, you should bring her over on christmas so we can all be jealous ;)
