Jaden's growing up!

Jaden is growing up so fast! He's always loved to sleep in mommy and daddies bed instead of his but when we put him in the same room with the boys he slept through the night! He's always hated to sleep in his crib and has been the lightest sleeper out of all my kids. Poor Jaden sleeps like me. I'm the lightest sleeper in the world.

The week before his 1 year appointment he had a really bad sleep week so once again I gave up on the third try of putting him back in his crib, and put him in our bed. A mom needs her sleep! I asked the doctor if he had any ideas on how to deal with his sleeping and he told me to put him in a toddler bed. It made sense cuz he really does not like his crib. He would scream every time I put him in it. Plus, I put Koda in the toddler bed at 13 months to get ready for Jaden's arrival so I knew Jaden could do it, I just didn't want him to grow up that fast. So, a week and a half later we got the opportunity to take the crib down and put up the toddler bed! When Jaden first crawled up on it he laid his head on his pillow and snuggled it. Then he squealed like I've never heard him squeal before and rolled around on it, kinda like he was saying AWE, a new bed! It was so cute! He was truly excited to be in a big boy bed like his brothers. The best part is he has slept through the night and is so much easier to put to bed now. We are both loving it! Sweet dreams my little man!
